Appointments land on the advisor’s calendar
An advisor connects their own Google Calendar. Ascendesk Pro checks that calendar for busy times, adds the booked call, and can attach a Google Meet link. Connecting Zoom creates the meeting and puts the join link on the booking. Ascendesk Pro does not read Gmail. Either connection turns off in Settings, under Your booking.

Booking pages, the client portal, and letters use your business name and colors. Ascendesk Pro is the software your team signs into.
